Full house renovation in Cheshire
The same team that strips our own probate purchases back to brick and rebuilds them, working on your house. One contract, one price, one point of contact.
What we take on
- Whole-house refurbishments of terraces, semis and detached homes
- Structural work: knock-throughs, steels, chimney breast removal, underpinning
- Rewires, replumbs, new boilers and heating systems
- Kitchens and bathrooms, including moving them
- Damp, timber and roof repairs
- Fire, flood and neglect reinstatement
How a renovation runs
Survey and scope, then a fixed price with a line-by-line specification. We strip out, deal with the structure and services, close up, then finish. A typical three-bed terrace refurbishment takes 8 to 12 weeks.
Indicative costs
A full refurbishment runs £900 to £1,500 per square metre plus VAT depending on spec and how much of the structure and services need replacing. A 90 m² terrace is typically £80,000 to £135,000 plus VAT. Kitchen and bathroom specification moves the number most.
Renovating a house you've inherited
If you've inherited a property and are weighing up a refurbishment before selling against selling as-is, we'll give you both numbers honestly: a renovation quote and a cash offer. Sometimes the right answer is to sell to us; often it isn't.
Instant extension estimate
A ballpark from our current Cheshire rates, excluding VAT, kitchen fit-out and professional fees. A site visit turns it into a fixed price.
